Seems to me the last pictures anyone saw of my Galant, it was missing most of the sheet metal ahead of the windshield. Well, she's been on the road for a while, now, replacing Daisy as daily driver for a spell while I get things sorted.

I'm also on an Isuzu forum (since Vanessa drives a sweet Amigo) and I'm a bit jealous of how those guys are always posting pics of their Zus "flexing" over bolders and stuff, so when I came across this little berm while out snapping pics, I decided I had to at least make an attempt at flexing the rally car. :P




Pics might look a little Martian, but I used Vanessa's D200 to take all the pics and it actually got better images without the flash than with. This was at about 8pm at night in an empty lot next to my apartment complex where I like to scare the shit outta FlyinESI by powersliding the car all over the place when he's riding along.

And here's a nice shot back out in the lot with some better lighting and focus. Anyway, this is the rally car. Brown rear tire is from going sideways before taking the pics.

When I'm done, it will be flat black from stem to stern. I have a theme in mind for the car which will see a stylized "rlly" (to go with the YSRLLY tag I'm getting) across the rear fenders. I'm thinking gloss red with a silver outline at the moment, but I might cave in and do something in traditional MMC rally colors (in sig). We'll see.

You should take a shovel and a hose and make a small mud/water hole and get some pictures of you going through it. That would be awesome. :)

hmm Im starting to like these GVR4's. I eventually plan on getting a 1g GSX as a project/daily driver, and let the 2g rest. What would be the major differences between the two? Sorry if its a dumb question, I know nothing about GVR4's or anything else besides 2gs for that matter :shrug
