according to Cars.com the 1995 Esi Model came equipped with an optional 210 hp turbo engine IMO this is the 4g63t...is this an error on cars.com part, or is there really a few turbo visions floating around?

I think I would've heard of this before... Probably an error since it would've been a TSI had it been turboed...

It's got to be an error. The Vision was essentially a Dodge Intrepid. They never had a 4G63 in them. Someone fell asleep at the wheel.

Trivia: The first Chrylser 300M was originally designed to be the next generation Eagle Vision, but Chrysler was shelving the Eagle brand and liked the design so well they brought back their own badge, the 300M, to make use of the design.
