Ok, so a guy from NEDSM came down from New Hampshire yesterday to help me a little with the car. He brought his cmpression tester, leak down tester, logger, some injectors and a FPR.
First, we logged it. Crazy knock, timing pulled, lots of weird shit like TPS bouncing around when I had it at WOT. I don't remember all the stuff but just about everything looked "funny".
We take it home and do a compression test. First thing we noticed was the plugs were SHOT. Gap was at like .080! There's 1 problem!

Next came the leak down test. Found a SMALL hole on top of the IC. Normal. Not that big of a deal. I'll just JB Weld it when I have a chance to pull it out.
Then we pulled the bottom honeycomb and put it all back together.
Logged it again and everything is good. Still getting some phantom knock. (prob lifters) and also some knock in the mid-upper rpms thats bad enough to pull timing 14^.
I'm gonna pick up a S-AFC, throw in the 450cc injectors and see what I can do from there. At least now, it's running 90% better and is shifting well. 95% of my problems ended up being the shitty plugs.
All in all, he was impressed with my $800 AWD car and I was psyched that I shouldn't have too much worrying to do.(for now)...
...Next I have to find out why all my belts are rubbing the lower timing belt cover before they get too shredded. I might just take the cover off or trim it where the belts rub.

HAHA SUCKA! I gots me a 14B in there. :7 Got the head and turbo off a 93 5-speed so better cams too. :thumbsup

I have a set of 450's I just got from a friend. I'm not putting them in yet w/out S-AFC and logger.
