Well I picked up a 1G tsi talon today for $100.The body and int is in great shape but, It needs a front fended, light, and a motor and tranny.Anybody know where I cant find any of the stuff fairly inexpesive let me know thanks.

Where are you located? There is a place in MD that sells JDM engines and trannies together for $1500.

Im in sunny FLA.Are tose engines any better ythan the US ones? BTW my lil bro's got a 90 AWD talon hes just rebuilding the motor and puting wisecos pistons & egal rods, greddy emange, super 20g, port n polished head, cams, ect.Hes looking for 500 on pump gas theres 1 guy doin it now they think its cause of the EMS and ridiculos turbo hes got. My goal is just 290 w/o too much done for now.

290? Hell, you can probably do that with the 14b. OOOps. you said you were getting a JDM engine. Those come with s16g's I think. :shrug
