ok this is for a 97 GSX so i figured i'd post in the 4g63 section but if it's all the same as the N/T please move this to the correct forum. anyway i was wondering what you guys think the best shocks would be to get. i've always heard good things about Tokico and KYB. also what about gas shocks. they are cheaper than the adjustable shocks but i've ridden in cars with gas shocks and everything feels smooth. just any info that you can give me on what brand and what kind of shock would help me alot. i'm clueless when it comes to suspension stuff. TIA!

AGX's are no good on a 2G and GR2's are no better then stock.
1G = AGX
2g = Illuminas
This is per RRE.....

AGX's are only bad on a 2G if it's LOWERED. If you have stock springs and plan on keeping them for a while, those are fine.
