3415, crap. How can you tell what an injector is?

How can you tell what kind of injector you have by looking at it? I ordered denso 660's or 650's or whatever (one of the two) and I got an injector with red caps on the end, the ND stamp on it, but the only other marking on it I can find is "529" and "HH" by where the harness fits. Did I get scammed?

Thanks!

Matt

Call NippoDenso or the place you got them and ask them what it should say on the injector. I guess it's good new that you got ND on it so at least you know it's a Denso injector.

I think my new injectors showed up today so I'll look to see if they have any better/worse/indifferent demarcations. I know my Buschur 660's really had nothing on them to suggest size or anything.

From what I have seen, injectors don't usually have any markings so I don't know for sure.

I checked my Buschur injectors last night and they have random "serial" numbers on them, and the nippondenso name. Nothing else. So it appears that if a company wanted to they could scam the bag out of people. No demarcations whatsoever.

I'll see if my new FIC ones have markings though, whenever they come.

meh, if they work, what the hey? I've decided not to worry about this until it becomes a problem.... It would be nice to figure something out, and i'm thinking on this for the future....ideas are most welcome...
