Just paint it man. I painted the valve cover on my Eclipse and the Laser. I didnt even go all out like most of the write ups you read. I just cleaned it really good and sprayed it, no primer or clear. I just used 500* Duplicolor engine enamel. Here are pics of both:

Where did you get that manifold ? Have any problems with it cracking ? how much did it run you, im looking for a new manifold for mine, but i dont want any of those cracking cheap ones.

DNP MAnifold....it is also stainless stell so no rust or cracks and they instal braces for every runner on the manifold. They run about 500 new if you really need one.
