ok, messing around in the engine bay today i noticed something on the back of the block was unhooked. i cant figure out what it is for, so i figured i would ask here.



this is on the drivers side, you can sort of see the stock fpr on the rail top left.

its the metal thing in the middle of the picture, sort of hanging there, somewhat covered by that shadow.

what do you guys think? and yes, i do need to clean the engine bay.

sorry i'm not seeing it. Can you circle it in red on paint or something?

i think it is the plug right in the center of the pic, and no, i dont know what it is. ;-)

ok in the circle. it is disconnected in the picture just hanging there. it fits right int othe piece just above it.

Just yank it out of there. If your car runs like shit, put it back. If no ill affects, you just shaved some weight. :P

well the car has been running fine without it. it must have come that way when i bought it. i just want to know what it is :)

i dont know what that is, cant even make it out. i was thinking the plug just below that metal is undone.

Are you talking about the air conditioner lines? The metal hard lines, with the goofy ends on them. There are 2 that connect to your ac condesor
