Got my GF one for her 1G NT auto for x-mas.
I cant open it and see how big of a PITA its gonna be to install before I give it to her. If its gonna be a big deal I may take it back and get her something else lol.
Anyone??

Dude, I got a car alarm/remote start last year for the ESi and there were so many fucking wires and installation instructions I just had my parents send it back and give me the money for xmas.

make an appointment with a shop---fuck it, let them deal with it.

I understand this goes against the DSM mentality, but the way I see it, if its seriously not worth your time to do, why do it on principal alone? I realized I have no principals anyways....

I had one in my 1G that was already in it when I bought it. I did peek at it and it didn't look too complicated. Harnesses plugged into harnesses. :shrug
