As I said above. Well, I got this beater 1G, and was just wondering if I should resurrect it and try restoring it. Just curious if it would be worth the time and money. So how much will a whole 4g63, including everything cost me?

Well see here's the thing. My beater doesn't even have the 2.0, if I'm correct. I got the 1G 1.8L. So, turbo 4G63 still possible? Anyway, thanks for the links. I'll search over there.

The 1.8L basically has nothing mechanically shared with the turbo cars. At least the 2.0 NT cars share trannies, wiring, etc.
Just ditch it and get a turbo. Turbo FWD 1G DSMs are getting dirt cheap.
