Is anyone in the Long beach, Carson area that has a spare ECU or would be willing to help our a fellow dsmer? I need an ECU to test my car, to see if its my ecu that is bad. If your in the area and you could spare a few hrs, and wouldn't mind taken ur ECU out and testing it in my car I would apperciate it. you can bring your dsm to my place and I have the tools to remove it, or u could remove it at home and drop by and let me test it...I would greatly apperciate it.
Thanks, Jeff 96Tsi

I'm in norwalk, but my ecu is a 1995 EEPROM ATX... doubt it'd work.
You could try calling up RRE or ask SoCalDSM- http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/SoCal_DSM/
