OK i will be getting a 95 TSI i plan to get a
-intake
-Boost Gauge
-Boost Controller
-Cat-back Exhaust System
-high flow cat or should i go with a straigh pipe???
-and a High Flow Downpipe probably a 2.5 inch but if its a extra few bucs i will go with the 3 inch

Can i run 15 PSI safley on this...or would i need to upgrade the fuel pump and rewire it before doing this.

And one more things how many psi can i run on stock injectors??

yes you can definately run 15 psi safely on that set up. high flow cat if you are lazy and dont wanna swap out the straight pipe when doing emissions..both are good..straight pipe produces more hp though. but if you run with no cat and 3" downpipe and catback your car is going to be loud. but you missed 1 important thing. BLOW OFF VALVE. the purpose of a blow off valve isn't to make noise (only ricers think that). with a 2G and you try boosting 15 psi.. the blow off valve won't hold it. Get a greddy type-S or hks supersequential or blitz or some aftermarket blow off vavle..or even a 1G is good if it's crushed. and if you're gonna get a blow off valve you might as well get hard intercooler pipe..at least upper intercoler pipe. sinceyou're gonna need to buy a flange for your aftermarket blow off valve.. you could just buy an intercoler pipe that is flanged for the blow off valve that you want..saves a few bucks in the long run and provides more horsepower. but yes you can run 15 psi safely..that's what i run..15-16 psi on stock T-25 turbo. You wont hit fuel cut until like 18 psi on stock T25.. and a T25 can't hurt your car.. it just can blow up or whatever from wear and tear but a 4g63 can definately hold the power that the T25 is producing. hope all this helps.. later

The rewire has a vfaq, and I think its 12 gauge or 10 gauge wire they recommend. The vfaq should have all the details.

Get a downpipe that replaces the cat... 3 inch... fuck the cat. Its a world of difference. The downpipe is going to be one of the biggest mods on ANY turbo car.

If you get a 3" exhaust (DP, CAT/Test Pipe, and back) then you'll get horrible boost creep if you don't port the turbo. So unless you want or can get the turbo off and port the wastegate flapper and exhaust side, then don't get an exhaust as it will cause problems. Eventually, it is a fantastic mod to get (3" turbo back), but make sure you have prted your turbo.

and when you upgrade your exhaust it's like f@#king. start at the end and work your way forward. or at least that's how i do it. ;)

How much does it cost to port a turbo??? its a stock t25 that will be on there....is this somthing i can do with the trusy dremal??? or take it to someone

The Dremel should work, but you will need a carbide bit that will eat through the cast iron turbine housing. Regular grinding stones won't work.

werd on the carbide tip. you can do it with a dremel but a rotozip works wonders!

"Rewiring the fuel pump with a larger gauge wire can help the stock pump (or any aftermarket pump) maintain higher fuel pressure/volume throughout its' entire operating range, as the stock wire is pretty small. The small wire limits the voltage to the pump, and under high boost, the lower voltage can severely affect fuel output. Some people have measured 10 volts or less at the pump under high boost with the stock wiring. Adding a larger wire and relay to feed the pump can restore the voltage to that of the battery (usually 13-14V), maximizing pump output.

So, how do you do it? It's pretty simple - just add a larger gauge wire (anywhere from 12 to 8 gauge will help, the larger the better, though 10ga seems to work fine for most people) from the battery, and run it to a relay mounted near the pump. Then cut the stock 12V wire leading to the pump, and splice the relay inline."

it gives you a little more gas than usual. i would just reccomend a new fuel pump.

Well just doing a higher flow fuel pump doesn't solve the problem by itself. Once you start making serious power, the stock wiring can't support the voltage necessary to supply enough fuel. So recommending a bigger pump by itself is not the way to go. The parts for the rewire are cheap so do it while you are doing the pump, as it only takes a little money and some persistence.
