Well... we've added a 3rd DSM to the family! It's a 1991 Eclipse GSX with a spun bearing. My budget to get it running quickly is about $800.
Has anyone used the Topline rebuild kit from MachV?

I havent actually bought a rebuilt kit from MachV, but I know they specialized on DSM's only and I live in VA. I know MachV has a good reputation around here. If I were you I would buy it from them. By the way how much are they charging you for the kit?

machv is way too expensive for parts...... try bushur or turbo trix

Yeah get the parts from somewhere else. MachV just buys Buschur parts and sells them again at higher prices. Roadrace and Buschur are good places to start looking.
