12183, Spark Plugs?

i'm going to be replacing my valve cover gasket soon and i thought i might as well change the spark plugs while i'm at it cause i have no clue when they've been changed in the past. anyway i was wondering if i should go with the one range colder or just stay with stock heat range. i don't have any mods right now except for an intake and i probably won't be getting a bigger turbo or upping the boost any time soon. TIA!

Here's what I have always heard to go by.
NGK BPR6ES gapped at .030" for up to 16psi boost,
NGK BPR7ES gapped at .028" for 17psi and up...

It isn't boost dependent. Generally it should go by the size of the turbo. If you are running something like a 20G or larger, the 7 series plug should be used. Even then, you can use the stock plugs and be fine.
A Big16G can run 20+psi no problem, but you can still use the stock plugs. The 7 series plugs just helps keep things a little cooler. The engine is designed for use with a 16G anyway, so stock plugs are great.
