Ok,

i'm planning on doing a turbo swap in about 2 montsh so i'm getting together my stuff right now (this is assumping i can locate and fix my stuttering problem soon). I'm thinking the evo 16g, but since i gotta buy an SAFCII, injectors, FP, etc. that funds may be a little tight (its gonna come close). Question is, i found a big greddy FMIC lightly used for about 600 bucks...needs j pipe and lower IC pipe for 16g...shoudl I pick it up, find another FMIC, or use the side mount until i can afford one?

Furthermore, shoudl I swap the turbo before I own an FMIC? I know people run 16g's on sidemounts, but i've also heard much scolding for doing it....

know its been asked kinda, but did alot of searchign and still not satisfied ....

alright now i'm just confused: If I were to buy the big greddy kit from road race it comes w/piping to-from stock IC location...is that all I need?

If I bought the greddy IC pipe kit would that be the same thing?

You will still need a J-pipe for 14b/16g
