yes---that's why the SAFC-II has 2 settings...so you can save some on one boost level and try the other...

just follow the directions on the roadraceengineering website....

Yes you will have to adjust your safc settings a bit. Best way to do that is with a datalogger or dsmlink.

What about for elevation?? I think the car was tuned at sea level and is now at 5,000 ft. Would that make a difference as well?

High elevation means less air, so it is a consideration. The engine doesn't breathe as well at high elevation, but as people said above, richen it up to start and lean it out and datalog it until you get a little knock, then richen it back up and it's all good.

Traditionally, cars run lower boost and a bit slower at high (Colorado) elevation.

Edit: For above. Also think of it this way. A certain high amount of fuel is required to run 22 psi tuned well. Leave that massive amount of fuel the same and lower the boost, and you have way too much fuel for that lower power level.

exactly, so you're not hurting anythign but your plugs....but if you do lean it out, keep that in mind if you drive to sea level for am eet or something and start dogging the hell out of your car...
