The car has been acting funny since day one, and one of the things it does is it idles at 550-575 when the engine is warm. The car stays alive, just barely, but it does not die, ever. Is it running lower because of the lightened flywheel, or is there something wrong, or could it potentially cause problems?

check all your intercooler hoses and connections

Prabably have a leak some where. You can adjust it with the BISS screw.
