Basically as the title says...what are the benefits and drawbacks of running higher than stock fuel pressure, ditto for running stock fuel pressure.

Just keep the fuel pressure at stock levels. Increase flow, not pressure.

I still think that is the biggest problem with the turbo kits for 2gnts.

That makes enough sense...thanks dude.

Here is the 2nd part of my question...I just installed a new FPR and I have 43/44 psi with the vacuum line connected and roughly 50 with the line disconnected.

Is the fuel pressure supposed to be 43.5 with the line connected, or disconnected?

I've gotten mixed answers on this...thanks for the help.

I thought you were a major advocate for an adjustable fuel pressure regulator?
