I tested the clutch like Mattcky2k said and its ok. It grabs like 1/4 of the way up.
I dont know whats up...
THe car feels kinda faster from about 3-5K rpms but thats it
It still does the stuttering when you give it full trottle...
What gives?? Im about to give up...

Give us as much info as you possibly can.

Also, I believe stock timing is 23 degrees. You have your timing pulled it sounds like.

More info though. Try typing it out again as that may help you remember little things that we need to know. I read your other thread and will post more when I am not at work.

You have all new knock and O2 sensors? How much have you tuned? What are you tuning with? Are you pocketlogging it?

Make sure those sensors are spot on and also that you tune by knock. That;s the best way to start.

Is it running good from 5K-redline?

also, Ive been reading about setting timing to 5*btdc... wtf doses that mean? lol Im a Noob when it comes to tuning this damn thing...

small 16G at 19 psi
AFC
datalogger
stock 1G mas with lower honeycomb removed and screw backed out flush
FMIC with 2 1/4 piping
255 FP
650 Injectors
No AFPR
3" N1 turbo back
external Dump 02 housing

ANy ideas where my base tune should be at?

I started at like Lo's were about -20 and my Hi's were about -15

I think you have your lows and hi's set wrong on the SAFC. With my 550s my lows start at -16% and my highs start at -25%, but I am running a little rich right now.

after I meet with hybrid (tomorrow good for you? :D ) then i'll be doign the same thing (tuning a 16g with 660's, only sans FMIC (until it gets here) so i'll shoot you my settings if you're still hurtin then, or we can try to work through it

thats kinda what i was thinking.
I went out and checked my timing today and it was so far off it was off the timing marks on the cover so I set it to 5* btdc and all my knock disappeared. Im going to see if I can find any boost leaks and start tuning again probably tomorrow.
I wanna get this thing tuned so I can get it to the track and see what kind of numbers im running.

Mine are lower now that I fixed my timing. Im gettting Closer!!!
