Mine's getting to that point....here are a few things to consider:
Big 16g turbo
lightened flywheel
remove balance shafts
1g throttle body and ported elbow
gasket match exhaust manifold
port o2 housing
injectors
pump
s-afc
those are some of the more "damaging" mods I have done to mine. It's not tuned just yet (afc not installed), but I'm told it should be able to do 12's easily
