Well as long as you properly torque down the bolts, you won't really need loctite. I did my timing belt a year and a half ago and haven't had any bolts come loose. I would take off the acc belts, tighten the bolts, and install the belts again to see if that helps.

Are you sure all the timing belt marks lined up correctly? Did you use a torque wrench everywhere?
