Man, I know I can't be the only pissed at AEM for their pricyness.

I was looking for bypass valves for the CAI I just acquired (thank you Saikou), and I needed a 2.5. Well, the knockoffs don't make 2.5's jus 2.75 ones. So I had to settle for an AEM one.

I went to go look at the buy-it-now prices and they're like 53 bucks for this piece of polymer. I say, screw that and look for auctions.

I finally find one, ending tonight, and I won the bypass valve at like 40 dollars. Sigh, I coulda spent that on something else. Anyways, 40 dollars!!!

In addition, what's up with these pieces of pipe, couplers, and a filter at over 200 dollars?!!?

D. Smmyth,that 40 dollars could have went towards..... i dont know,but i do know that everything is going up in price, and hourly wages arent going up so i think, the end is near. or somthing along those lines

Just wait until you are paying to buy aluminum u-bends and silicone couplers for your intercooler setup... alumized steel is for chumps! but the price of being a playa is an extra few hundred bucks :(

Brian, it doesn't rain here at all in Texas... atleast where I live. I doubt the bypass valve will come in handy.

Shit you shoulda looked harder. I've been tryng to get rid of mine for a while I've got it listed a few pages away for $20 shipped in the classifieds.

But if you paid $40 maybe I should just throw it up on ebay and see what I can get.

Yea, you're the 2nd to say you had one for $20 shipped. I paid $30.50 plus 10.00 S&H. So, yea, you can probably make more than what you wanted on eBay.

I'm not sure, I feel like I should but cops in my area are usually dicks about not having it so I would have to find another spot on my bumper to drill and mount it. Stock bumper yes, $400 bumper, is a bit harder decision, lol.
