I need someone to shoot a vid of my car. I'll try to get my friend to when he is home this weekend. Problem is the turbo's are pretty much gone and smoking so it's not as fast as normal. I should be getting my friends 13g's off of him in a month or 2. Then the fun begins. I was trying to keep that a secret and surprise you guys. So much for that.

looked like something bloody, but I dunno, is there any story about this video???

if someone was passing people like that at a track day when I go, i would punch them in the face after they got kicked off.

i remember the Top Gear guy who reviewed the Evo saying the stock stability control lets you hang it out like a hero like that.. that may explain the drifting and then the massive understeer that led to that unfortunate rollover.

that doesn't look like a head in the helmet, more just like a bundled up nomex suit or something..

Story is she was fine. That's a pretty old video though, maybe a year and a half since I saw it first?

Can't believe I never noticed it before and I have been on here for 4 or 5 years. O well it's a good video either way. I called my friend and he is bringing home his camera so we can try to shoot a video of my car. Just need to find an open road.

yeah I saw it back in 2002 when it first got released to the Al Gore invented intarweb.

I thought they were using soft stripped tires or something? I forget the whole story and dont really care anymore.


I still want an EVO

That vid always bugged me... mostly because the french text reads "Is this reasonable? The safety is questionable..." as if implying the car itself is dangerous to drive. Plus the car had "DRIVING SCHOOL" stickers all over it.

But yeah, anyone who passes in the corners and cant stay on track like that during an open session should be punched in the teeth.
