My buddy's stationed over seas and said he can get me a PSP for a better price, but it's PAL (not NTSC) and has firmware 2.6. Is there any way to change it over to NTSC, and/or downgrade it?

i dont believe you can change it to PAL, but i believe there is a crack for the 2.6 firmware now. still sketchy if they have it because you have to take advantage of a flaw in the save game utilities in grand theft auto.
