What in the hell is the second choice?

I generally just shorten it to "What the Hell" Something me and my friends started doing back in the day 'cause we thought is was funny in a redneck way and it it stuck...'cause we are rednecks. LOL

Ive pretty much always said "What the hell"
If I do feel like speaking the "full" saying I say "what in the hell" too
