THe one where the guy puts his hand on the car and imagines himself driving it? They have sound effects of spooling and a BOV. Whats up with that. Isnt that like false advertising?

I noticed that as well. I haven't seen those commercials for some time now, but I remember 2 of them with BOV and spooling noises, one of them had it more significantly.

Wow that was really weird, I read this thread and couldn't remember ever seeing that commercial, then I closed out of it. A second later I heard a turbo spooling and a BOV go off on the TV in the next room, then I heard, "the 2006 Maxima" lol.

Funny, I've seen the commercial several times, but never noticed it. But, it came on about 20 minutes ago and heard the BOV and was like WTF, then I find this post...

my dad has a vq maxima, i love it... pulls like hell and stops great for such a big car.

Saw that commercial today and I was telling my dad the same thing, about the spooling and what not. Interesting.
