I am down for another. Not sure how the logo submission is done on previous orders, but the last batch of work shirts I ordered for work I bought from http://www.blankshirts.com/.
Lots of varying selection, pocket tees, etc. I personally enjoy the single front pocket. I bought just blank ones for work, however they do carry made in USA shirts which is a nice bonus.
