I you need megasquirt or anything related to it do not order from Symtech labs. Its been well over a month now waiting for a 4 bar map sensor and i have called them many times, no answer. I have emailed them many times no reply. I checked my order status and it still says pending. Any one else having these problems with them?

I believe there have been 'rumors' floating around about similar scenarios of not receiving said product or a long time to receive, but I have nothing concrete to assure you.

Call your credit card company and cancel the charge. Order from DIYAutotune.com

BBB has a few issues listed: http://www.bbb.org/south-east-florida/business-reviews/business-forms-and-systems/symtech-laboratories-in-boynton-beach-fl-90057135/complaints

I have no experience with Symtech, but I whole-heartedly recommend DIY AutoTune. I have placed several orders with them and always receive the right parts, right quick.

I eventually got my item from Symtech by emailing all their email addresses simulatenously. The customer support emails seems to go into the abyss, but I think the other addresses get reviewed more frequently.

Guys, we've been winding down our operations for a little while now. All outstanding orders are being filled as fast as we can -- we've been turning away service orders for about six months now, and we won't be taking any new product orders soon. We apologize for any frustration.
