Apparently it's hip to 'taste the rainbow' now. I never did notice/catch on to the whole color your rims wild colors thing. When did that start?

My guess is that it started with the Honda crowd which tries too hard to start new trends. Don't get me wrong, some cars actually pull this look off, but those are usually racecars or weekend track cars. Too bad the hardparking crowd ruins everything cool that comes from the world of racing. Nothing says race like a car taking up two spaces in a parking lot with neon wheels....

I kinda dig the colored wheel thing, but also see share the frustration with the "hard parking" crowd. I mean, c'mon guys.

Looks like the gearboxmagazine.com/2012/04/introducing-the-311rs-lancer-evolution/ was there, too. ;)
