Here's a video of my work place where I'll be working my car. After a major cleanup is done.

Has anyone ever replace those type of cross beams, sorry for crappy quality. If you look closely you can see thin 2x4's holding up the work light. Can it be done be one person. The car cant be moved, I have to work around it also its my brothers v8.
