Mikey, I'm actually building that for next year.

Here's my practice helmet that I made from regular paper.


And here's the stack of cardstock paper that has to be cut, folded and assembled for the real wearable helmet


The entire suit will be formed in heavy cardstock then resinedand fiberglassed for strength
