Our first child, Kathleen was born at 2307 EDT 20 May - 8 lbs 14 oz, 20 in. My genes stomped out my wife's, hahaha. She has blonde hair, blue eyes and fair skin. Check out my daughter :p

Congrats! Nothing like that first feeling! I hope you felt on top of the world like I did when my son was born. I ran to the waiting RM. and shouted to everyone "He's Here! He's Here!"... after that, its all a blur cuz I was so excited!

Thank you all! Took my wife & girl home this evening after 48 hrs of being at the hospital. Home cooked meal & a shower has me feeling relaxed at this point. Let's see how she does tonight :)

Good luck man and savor the small things like being woke by her at night. I'm a light sleeper and mom would just sleep thru the wimpering and the smallest whines, but I'm a light sleeper and those smallest whines woke me up instantly. id lay there minute after minute thinking mom would get up but no. So that turned into me being the one taking care of her everynight while mom slept.
