I just made a lady cry. It was her own fault. She tried to return an opened item without a reciept. My computer system doesn't allow me to return items without a reciept and I'm really not supposed to take back opened items. I wasn't even an ass about it. She just started crying and ran off.

I'm not sure wether to be sad or just be evil and laugh, but the evil side of me is a lot closer to winning }(

She might have been working on a guilt trip thinking you might stop her from leaving. I say rules are rules.
