Brake cleaner + welding = NO NO.
Basically, brake cleaner (particularly the chlorinated kind) breaks down into a bunch of nasty stuff, including phosgene gas. THIS WILL KILL YOU IN THE SAME QUANTITY AS BULLETS TO THE BRAIN! One whiff, and you stand a severe chance of dying.

Brew makes some pretty decent frames. Rear ends are a little long though. I'm more of a 14.5 guy.

Inhalation of combustion vapors after accidentally igniting a small amount of residual brake cleaner solution could kill you painfully and slowly over a period of several days.
Seems serious enough to me.
