does the helmet really matter? as far as im concerned, the only difference between wearing a helmet and not is open and closed casket.

Play nice people. Newbies these days have no respect for each other.

that's a logical, but irrational response. I'm an adrenaline junkie and crazy combat vet of the Afghan War and I say wear your helmet. I've picked up body parts and would rather not submit my family to attempt to identify me with my head in half, because I've seen it and it's not too pretty. Should anyone survive a bike crash, the difference between a having a helmet and not is relearning basic motor skills and meeting new people or a few broken bones and still knowing everyone. Don't be a squid riders!

Calm down people.
Somehow, when I saw the title I knew what would happen.
Helmet or not, personal choice, leave it at that.
Great vid btw :thumbsup

I went down on a curvy "on" ramp the highway a few years back. Im more then thankful that I wore my helmet, padded jacket and gloves. I would have been one bloody mess. But, to each their own. Ride safe. Nice video!

Nice job with the quotes... Sure you didn't bounce of a curb or two? What thought are you trying to convey here exactly?

One of my dumbass friends went down not wearing a helmet because Im from WV and we went over into PA to ride for alittle bit so he took it off when we got into PA and he slid over in a turn and really hasn't been the same since and I just think its bullshit if you dont wear a helmet.. and you were on here acting like a bad ass like ohh I don't care if I live or die...

LOL..no fucking wonder.. I bet you wouldnt go over 20 mph without a helmet if you got on a bike. Just saying man if I was standing in front of you with a sledge hammer and I was gonna hit you and I gave you a helmet would you throw that and say hey who cares hit me

Ahahahahahaha!!!! Love the logic! "I had a helmet on", so that trumps the wheelie, in the wrong lane, in a residential neighborhood, shorts on too right? I don't remember for sure...
Does anyone even understand what these two are arguing about? Dumb and dumber....

i myself like to stay on 4 wheels. coming from a background in law enforcement, i have been to motorcycle accident scenes and know that when a motorcyclist goes down, 7 out of 10 times, it is a fatal accident. and this is a state in which a helmet is required by law (michigan). i posted a simple comment and again, i apologize if it blew your fuse. and i apologize to everyone for ruining this post. cool vid dsmroadster.
