Why? Besides being unique. Wonder how much clearance he has to the radiator.

Not twincharged, but looks like sequential twin turbo. Idea being the smaller turbo spools up faster and moves enough volume to spool the larger turbine sooner. Inefficient as hell, but certainly neat to see someone do it.
Twincharged refers to running both turbo(s) and supercharger(s). Such as is the case in this Eagle Talon that puts down about 500lb-ft from about 2500rpm to redline. For those not in the know, 2.3L stoker, GT35R, Eaton M90, air-to-water intercooling (there's an SRT4 FMIC full of water behind the two inlets on the front), and his own EPROM tuning.
Car is badass and is probably in the up-state NY area these days. If you see the white 1G with the goofy lights on the mirrors, this is the DSM guy you want to be hanging out with. Don't piss him off by trying to race him on the street. He's taken 500hp Cobras by bus lengths, even from a roll. Nasty.
EDIT: My bad, it's an Eaton M62.
