First of all, he calls it a DSM. That's reason #1 why he'll get lowballed. Second, he lists all kinds of mods, but the repair details sound like someone spent too much money trying to build Dom a ten second car instead of taking care of it.
With a dent and blown turbo, he might still get $2500 for it.
GVR4 is NOT a DSM.
