Fired up the TIG welder last night finally after I rewried the garage and purchased my own gas cylinder tank...I did some stainless work first then jumped right into the Aluminum. I will be welding my intercooler tonight, so I should have some more pics, however, I was proud of myself seeing that about an hour into it, I was laying down welds like these :)

Quit playing with the welder and get to work. You're only wasting time, lol.

Actually, nice looking beads. Congrats.

Clean welds Mike, how much did the tig welder cost, would you recommend Miller brand.

on the top bead torch angle started to get a little out there. flat welds on plate are cake yo...that cheese looks dirtyyyy. those welds are also way to flat.

miller has nice machines, i like the lincoln 175 because thats what i learned on...also spent hundreds of hours with the big lincolns and they start cleaner in my opinion, way fast. Millers are sick though, way good customer service and history than lincoln.

dont electricute yourself pnfub
