We went up to Serpentini Chevrolet today and got my GF a new car. Part trade for her Saturn.












2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS, 23,xxx miles, 2.4l 4 cyl with MIVEC, manual tranny. Sunset pearlescent paint. Rockford Fosgate system. Its a pretty nice car, makes me want to go out and buy a brand new Evo X.

Lookin good! I like the gauge cluster and the paint too.

I really like the interior on those.
Hmmm... I should lock this for having a misleading title. There should be at least one pic of the gf with the car. :squint

Dude, did you get that from the Tallmadge Serpentini? I did the inspection on that car before they put it on the lot about a month ago! You should have dropped in and said hello to me in the service department !!!

lol, I was looking for it too. I think the key was on for a few minutes before I took the picture, so it had time to turn off. It was funny though because when we test drove it and started it up it came on and I was like "My God, it IS an Eclipse!"

Hmm I dont know. This Serpentini was on Royalton Road in Strongsville. I asked them how they ended up with it and they said they got it from another dealer so it could be the same one. Tallmadge is quite a distance from Strongsville isnt it?

Either way I didnt know you lived that close to me, or even in Ohio at all.

Pretty sharp lookin. I like the interiors on those as well.

Yeah they must have bought it from our store. I work at the Tallmadge Serpentini location...the Strongsville store is about 45 minutes from me, so you are pretty damn close to me actually!

I love the interior. I can't say the same for the body styling though. It's the exact opposite...Maybe I'm just biased. :P

It's not like you need to tell her you're posting a pic of her. I doubt she'd find it anyway. And yes you may be banned for not doing so. We're fickle like that. :)

I drove one of the new gt eclipse and new gt mustang back to back one day at the dealer. I was impressed by both performance wise. But the mustang felt like a hummer wanna-be on the inside...just too...square. The eclipse interior, especially the seats, was awesome.

How's the 160hp 4cyl feel? faster or slower than a 2gnt?

I love the 2009 body update, and the SE versions were pretty slick too.
You do know the evo X has the new 4b11t motor right? Just saying. I tried to test drive on of those too but the dealer said they couldn't let me drive the $50,000 car for free... :-(

No test drives when they were 30K. lol I wouldn't even bother asking...

I know for a fact this car has DSM spirit now. Last night it rained at work, and when we went to leave it just kept cranking and wouldnt start. I was like "HEY, just like my car!!"

That engine bay looks even more crowded than ours. I didn't think something like that was possible. :P

Eh, i see big potential for a big turbo and an evo head...with some mivec in there...
