not sure how much help this is...but my girl told me all the cool clubs and bars are in a place called the "slave market district". From what she said the name suited that area as thats where they sold slaves as they got off the boat...but obviously they don't do that anymore :P She said you can go to just about any atmosphere club bar your into there.

yes, the best bars and such are in the market, its in the middle of downtown...it was called the slave market back in the day, but not because they sold slaves there, because when it was actually a market and the plantation owners would send thier slaves to buy goods there.

Just go ahead and stop in here in Charlotte NC on the way down, I can give you a ride in my GS-t and you can see your old "orange turd" in action.
