Retarded thing number 1...
I thought I lost one of the washers for my ARP head studs. I've looked for it every time I've gone outside over the last couple weeks and nothing. Today I found it....... in the bag with the 10 nuts and other 9 washers :bash
Retarded thing number 2...
I pulled the crank sprocket off tonight and couldn't find the little key that everyone says not to lose, I spent time searching for a picture with no luck even though I saw one recently, then I realized it was still in the end of the crank. Poor lighting owned me, I thought that was actually part of the crank :bash
So progress is being made slowly but surely and the car won't be together in time for the track saturday, but at least I now have everything I need and am making headway. Maybe together and tuned by the middle of next week or next weekend.
I'm gonna bang that bitch sprocket on tomorrow put the head on and hopefully make some real progress.

At least now when it's finished I won't be taking it right out and beating on it, because I really can't afford to dump anymore money into it right now. Maybe I'll hit up island in a few weeks :)
