now in windows media player help it says u can get a screen capture of a dvd by right clicking then going to dvd features, but when I do that, there is no option for a screen capture

any other free programs I could use to get some screen caps? I'd like t make some wallpaper from some movies

I'm not sure about WMP, I use PowerDVD and there's a button to capture still pics.
