hey guys...

life has taken me for a whirlwind adventure this past year. Up and down, meeting what I thought was the girl of my dreams, getting engaged, laid off and suffering and going from no work to my own business tig welding. New car, new place, everything is new and should be good but it just hasnt been the past few months. My girl and I were having issues and she just wasnt willing to work on them, I just kept getting more and more frustrated and finally just burned all my fucking bridges. good thing.

I was way wrong my friends. My girl and I arent together anymore so thats the bad news, she turned out to be selfish as hell and just totally not someone I can put any more effort and patience into. should have listened to my fucking gut, but at least I dont have kids with her or anything.

the good news is, I can spend more time on rally roads and drifting BIG in the sand dunes on the Oregon Coast.

Sorry about the girl man, thats shitty. Like you said though, now you've got more you time, which is positive in it's own right. Have fun with those Oregon trails (pun intended).

good to hear your life is on track man, sux about the woman but it can be very hard to find the one you're willing to live with for the rest of your life.

just remember in your pursuit, love is not an emotion, lust is. Love is a choice and a decision, sometimes daily, sometimes hourly, but it's still a decision you have to make. The high of lust ebbs and flows like the tide, don't let that rule your decision to love someone.

I'm not saying you made the wrong choice by any means so please don't take it that way, I'm just trying to give some sage advice for when you do make that lasting decision.

Eh, its rough Josh, no doubt about that but it is better in the end. I went through the exact same thing last year and ended up breaking a 5 year relationship. Looking back now, it was a good thing in my life, I am doing things i love and found someone new. It gets better man. You know how to get a hold of me if you want to shoot the shit.

good= A built 6 bolt for my GST.
bad= about 12 bolts away from pulling the old engine we didnt have the adapter plate for the auto tranny.

Good= she is all back in one piece with the 7bolt :(
Bad= now she falls on her face after 2k rpms

good= fixed a boost leak
bad= split a water line at 1am last night working on her
bad= idle is weird with 550s
bad= Fuel pump is going bad I think.
bad= alternator is bad
bad= the car bad list is bigger than the good list.

Josh man keep it real. As the saying goes, there are more fish in the sea. If you cant deal with someone, its a good thing you didnt marry her or like you said, had kids with her.
