so im playing along fine and then my ps3 locks up
funny
try a restart, try a lengthy cool down, nadda
tries to read the game then dies
i can play the hard drive games just fine, as well as regular DVD's.
you guys think it could have somehow killed the blue ray in there?
can you reset the laser like you could in the ps2's?
anybody else have this happen?

It wasn't GTA's fault. Your drive was probably just on it's way out. Call Sony for a cardboard casket. In 2-8 weeks you'll have it back. Sony WILL require a receipt, though. They are serious assholes about it, too.
