A little background before the request. I started watching Journeyman when it first aired and was hooked from day one. Well, they canceled the show, even though it was one of the best new shows NBC has had on it's network in years.

There's quite a Net following and it's been in the top 10 list on Hey! Nielsen for months, but has recently slipped to the 10th spot.

I was curious if any of you could log in and add an opinion about the show to help bump it's rating. It dropped to 11th, but quickly rallied pretty well and was only like 10 points from 9th, so I was hoping you guys could help me out.

I thought it was an excellent blend of sci-fi & drama. I've written letters & e-mails to Fox (owner) and NBC, and we've collectively sent 10's of thousands of Rice-a-Roni boxes to NBC to get them to bring the show back (modeled around the Jericho thing), but they didn't even make note of it. Kevin Falls (producer) brought it up and said thanks for humbling him, and one of the supporting actors sent an e-mail to the owner of savejourneyman.net thanking him for our efforts.

It seems they're fully ignoring the show, even though it was nominated for two Saturn Awards.

Now, we're at least asking for DVD set (they made one for Bionic Woman, but not Journeyman, WTF?), instead of asking to renew the show because they probably won't.

I guess I didn't know it was canceled, I thought it was between seasons.

I liked Journey Man too, it was definitely a breath of fresh air of all the "reality" shows that the networks were pumping out during the writers strike. But it reminded me of Quantum Leap too much. It seemed like they were trying to recapture some mid 90's "magic". Am I disappointed that it's gone? A little. Will I get over it....yup. LOL

jerico was a cool show they did give it a second season only 8 episodes, Then gone for good.

Scifi might be trying to buy it.
