so its st. patrick's day today, so i got myself a case of a few different irish beer. It has kilkenny, guiness, harp and smithwicks. I probably wont make it to school tomorow, but thats what they get for having a drinking age of 18. Ive only tried smithwicks, and it was pretty good, so im pretty excited. A bunch of township guys have already called in sick (and obvioulsy they were drunk by 10 am, thats snowplough drivers for you) so whats everyone here drinking and doing tonight?

probably nothing. St. Patrick's Day, much like New Year's Eve, Cinco De Mayo, and other like holidays are amatuer nights as far as I am concerned. It's a bad night to be out late or behind the wheel.

it's also Spring Break here, so I have even less of a reason to want to go to the bar. Fuck amateurs.

What kind of Texas brew do you prefer Dino? Personally I love some Ziegen Bock. First beer I drank when I got to Texas, I think Ziegen poops on Shiner.

Amateur nights are definetly ftl. I went to the bars saturday night. Right now, Im chillin with friends and some green Miller High Life.

To be completely honest, I'm not much of a beer drinker these days. When I do drink beer, I usually just drink Lone Star because it's cheap and the hangover is easier to deal with.

Well i have to admit, after tonight, i cant see myself drinking guiness again, it was the big dirty of irish beers for me. Kilkenny was a bit better, the smithwicks was pretty good, but didnt really taist anything like an irish beer should, it was more of a canadian beer with a bit more flavour. I think im done for the night now though, we drank out my house then went to the bar, then all of my friends left after we got back from bar. So its pretty much time for me to go to sleep.

I drank enough the last 12 nights in a row.. think i'm going to lay off for a night. I did go out in spirit for St. Patty's day, it's a big time thing back home (where I was for spring break) and I had to have a few glasses of Jameson on the rocks. Then a few Irish car bombs..

Didn't go drinking on St. patty's day; it was a monday and I had to go to work. So, I made up for it by drinking on Saturday instead. One Guinness, two Murphy's Stouts (like guinness, but a smoother flavor). I stayed away from some of the whiskey since the last time I had some (it was the knot, another irish whiskey which is very good and very strong) I felt it for two days.

tonight, 1.75 liter of southern comfort...no mixxer or chaser tonight!
