31513, How to make Snowcone Chili
Posted by foggy45, Feb-12-08 01:58 PM
so i was making chili for the family and decided to share my recipe to my friends.
now some might be familiar with the term "snowcone chili" but for those of you that arent:
Snowcone Chili: Chili that is so hot, the next time you take a crap you will need a snowcone to wipe your ass.

soo
its actually not that bad if your used to spicy stuff but be aware that it might kill someone that is unware. lol

Ingredients
1 bag of doritoes classic nacho cheese
1 bag of shredded cheese
1 pound ground beef
1 pound sausage
1 can black beans (drained and washed)
1 can kidney beans (drained & washed)
4 slices smoked bacon, thick cut (cut in 1" pieces)
2 cans diced tomatoes (i use the ones with green pepper and onion in it
1 whole purple onion (diced)
4 table spoons Fat Boy Butt Rub
1 table spoon David Blair's Death Rain BBQ dry rub

1 TEASPOON (4ml's, or 4cc) David Blairs 3AM Private Reserve (2 million scoville units)
------you mess this measurement up its your ass!--------
David Blair's site (this dude is crazy): http://extremefood.com/

in a large skillet begin to cook bacon. only cook till lightly brown and not crispy. push to the sides of pan and add sausage and beef. add 2 TBS of Butt Rub. mix meat and cook till sausage is no longer pink. remove from heat
in Slow cooker add 1 can of diced tomatoes
place half of meat in next
add onion and beans
add rest of meat
add last can of tomatoes and 2 TBS of Butt Rub, and 1 TBS of Death Rain
Lastly add 3AM reserve
because of the extreme heat provided by the 3AM DOUBLE CHECK your measurements and place 4ML on top
(i use a syringe for this, some people use a metered eye dropper)
heat on high for 2 hours
stir gently and reduce heat to low and cook until dinner (min 4 hours)

serve toped with cheese and crumbled doritoes
makes 1 gallon

Enjoy!!

I actually had this at work about 3 weeks ago. Pretty simular recipe, another technician had made it. I must say, it was pretty damn hot, but I love the hotness so I enjoyed it, but I will admit, my ass fucking hurt in the end, and it was trully not worth eating it.

Sounds tasty. I love spicy stuff. I've had 250k scoville hot sauce straight up. It was pretty good.

the local "Army Surplus" store had a chili convention sponsored by Blair, and they had CASES of the chips left over.
the guys sold me the case for .50 a bag!!! and i could mix and match my bags from all the cases to make the case i wanted.

Also found "Crazy Jerry's Mustard Gas" a HOT mustard that is awsome on hotdogs, subs and even in meatloaf. definatly recomended if you can find it. actually tastes like mustard but then hits ya, not chineese mustard or wasabi hot
