Hey, i had to apply for college febuary first, so i finnished my application on the 28th of january. I applied for three different things at four different schools and basically got accepted for them all already. I applied for welding at two schools, Motive power technicion at two schools and a basic mechanic degree at another school. Im not quite sure what i want to do when i graduate, so thats why i applied for a few different things. Im probably interested in motive power technicion the most, but there there are some classes that go with it that i dont have any interest in, and the college is far so i would have to move out. the welding coarse is the one my family wants me to take, and i do like welding so ill probably end up going for that, its a plus that the college is only about 25 minutes from my house, and is the best college (well acctually its concidered a university, so id be getting a university degree) for welding in ontario. So i want to know, before i get into it if anyone here does industrial welding for a main career and is compleatly happy with it, the amount of work they get and if they are happy with the pay. its about 6000$ for tuition for a year, so its alot more than the other coarses, but i can make that over the summer at my job so money really isnt much of an issue.
