Nope. look more closely. there would be a redish tint around the actual black fill. even after a couple weeks and the actual fill would be raised (swollen) from all the ink. You have to look very very close to see that there is none.

Also the underline is perfectly straight and doesnt match the contours of his back. If it were a real tat, even with the skin stretched it would follow the contours of his muscles etc. Just a simple overlay in photoshop.

I know its not real, but the fact of the picture title was tatoo IDEA.

Why would you even consider something like that, haha.
