I dont know, at least venom and OBX never openly in a magazine claimed it added 50whp.

I'm not clubbing the guy cause I know he does a lot for the DSM community just thought it was funny considering prior in the thread he mentioned that he noticed this a while ago and agreed to keep quiet, while still selling them. It's just funny that he thinks he is clean in this...

The 1G and 2G manifolds have proven gains, on many cars when properly tuned. Buschur stated he did not test the 1G and 2G versions but other people have tested them.....

Pots and kettles. I've personally seen some bad engine work by Buscher. And Mr Buscher can be a moody, ornery guy. I suspect that there is something more personal behind the story.

Agreed. I've only heard a handful of comments about Busher himself, and they make it sound like restraint/social considerations are not his strengths.

Some of the comments in his post are a little too sharp to not have any personal reasons behind them. Because just saying things in those terms about a company/person, I would think, would open up a lot of legal opportunities. This is the way things work when money and livings are at stake.

Anyways, if you spend a dime on a product, you should have at least a minimal amount of 3rd party analysis regarding its effectiveness. Otherwise you are just buying into the marketing

It doesn't really matter how you look at it, or who's side you on.

The fact remains that the manifold was untested and whether or not they perform or not they still break quite frequently. That alone is rediculous. I know of 2 personally that have split and thats rediculous.

I dont know, to me its proven the manifold doesnt perform, black and white. Only thing better would be a dyno sheet to prove it. If burschur couldnt prove it, Marco could file a slander lawsuit against Dave. If Dave can prove it, marco wastes such money. Now why would Dave risk a lawsuit if he couldnt prove it before a court? I am not a fan of Dave but it seems he is right. If he is releasing the info out of spite is irrelevant.

All very true, yet I think on several occasions we have seen Dave speak publicly without much rational thought process behind it. A majority of times Dave lets his bitterness and pocketbooks speak for him, without realizing the ramifications of such actions. As big of a vendor and driving force behind the communities in subject he has proven himself as someone who does not conduct himself in a professional manner. It would not surprise me if he didn't even consider legal aspects of what he said. He's a "businessman" in a far stretch of the word. If marco admitted not testing the manifold and not providing a quality product when brought with the realities that there were obvious defects in the material and or the craftsmanship he is setting himself up for some big problems.
